Refillable Butane Kitchen Torch With Safety Lock

A refillable culinary torch that takes standard butane, sold without gas. A lock keeps the flame on after it lights and releases the ignition button, and the flame adjusts for creme brulee, baking, searing and BBQ.

What you're getting

• Refills with standard butane (gas not included)
• Lock keeps the flame on
• Adjustable flame
• For creme brulee, baking, searing and BBQ

Why we picked it

Creme brulee at home stops at the sugar layer without a flame. A small torch with a lock is the piece most home kitchens are missing.
