Backyard & Patio Pick
Chiminea Outdoor Fireplace, Wood Burning
A wood burning chiminea in cast metal with a heat resistant black finish, a log grate and a poker, built to send smoke up the chimney rather than across the patio.
What you're getting
- Bulbous fire bowl under a narrow chimney
- The chimney draws smoke up and away from the seats
- Black heat resistant finish
- Cast iron log grate inside the mouth
- Poker included
Why we picked it
The shape is doing the work. A wide open fire pit sends smoke wherever the wind decides, and everyone ends up moving their chair; a narrow chimney over a deep bowl pulls the air through and sends it straight up instead. That is the difference between sitting out until nine and going in at seven.
